Seahorse and Starfish
Each firing produces a sweet starfish and two seahorses. One seahorse faces left. The other; right. The fill weights are 7 to 9 and 12 to 18 grams. The mold measures 7” x 4” x 1”.
We suggest a cooler than usual firing temperature of about 1315-1335 (700-710ºC). All kilns are different, so always babysit your firings to make sure you will be happy with your results.
We either use Zyp or our Kiln Wash Sprayer to coat our texture and casting molds. We never use a brush! Use our Spray Shelter to prevent overspray when coating your molds.
Clean your molds with our Mold Cleaning Brush!
Don't fuss with a brush! You end up with marks and puddling and it'll take AGES to dry. Use our Kiln Wash Sprayer and Spray Shelter to spray your kiln wash on your molds. Easy, fast and dries so quickly!
