No box fee charges!

Please contact us immediately, with photos of your box, the glass, and anything else that is damaged. We will refund the cost of the broken products, (in some cases, we will issue a partial refund), and if necessary use your photos to file a claim with the carrier. The carrier may call to do an inspection so please keep your box, broken items, and packing materials on hand.

We buy in bulk! For some of our most popular colors, we buy 40-lb buckets and decant them into smaller 1 lb and 5 oz jars. This allows us to pass on incredible savings to you! Rest assured the only glass we sell is genuine Bullseye Glass. Feel free to call or email us if you have any other questions!

We only carry and sell Bullseye Glass, as we are a Bullseye Kiln Glass Resource Center. COE or Coefficient of Expansion refers to the rate of expansion of glass when heat is applied. To prevent undue stress and breaks, you should always use glass with the same COE. Bullseye glass has all been tested compatible with Bullseye glass. If you want to use another COE 90 glass with Bullseye, it's always good to test. We cannot guarantee compatibility between Bullseye glass and other glass labeled COE 90.
